I booked a hotel reservation for the 4 points Sheraton through Sanjose.com, part of Hotels.com.The man who booked my reservation never told me I was booked within the "penalty period" and never sent me a confirming email.
When I called, days later, because I hadn't received a confirmation, I found out all the mistakes he'd made, including butchering my name so severely that I never got an email, so the reservation was made with the hotel in the butchered name. Plus, he told me I'd be charged for my reservation when I got to the hotel. The company insists on not refunding me, based on their policy, which I didn't find out about until almost a week later.
This company is a disaster.Don't do business with them.
